Are you interested in electronics and speak Romanian? Here you will work with the assembly and testing of circuit boards while having the opportunity to travel to Romania and support the team in the startup of the new production.

We are looking for a dedicated electronics assembler for our client in Mölndal. The company is in an expansion phase and needs skilled employees who can contribute to an efficient and high-quality production. The work involves assembly, testing, troubleshooting, and manual soldering of circuit boards - including for control systems.

Part of the production at the company will be moved to Romania, and in this position, you will therefore work both in Sweden and Romania. You will act as a link between the productions and contribute to good communication. You will also be responsible for training new colleagues.

The position will commence as agreed. Working hours are mainly daytime Monday to Friday, but other working hours may occur.

We are looking for someone with a genuine interest in electronics and technology, as well as curiosity about circuit board manufacturing. You are practical, have good manual dexterity, and enjoy meticulous and detailed work. To succeed in the role, you also need to be communicative and have a pedagogical ability, as you will be working with training colleagues.

Requirements for the position:

• Language skills: good Swedish, English, and Romanian
• Experience in component assembly on circuit boards
• Soldering skills
• Experience in testing and troubleshooting electronics
